Outlook Express Folder Recovery

The email folders were accidently deleted. After recovering them from the Recycle bin (Nortons protected – Windows XP), the folders are visible in Windows Explorer, but not in Outlook Express. How do I add them back. Any help will be appreciated. Thanx.
