Outlook Express problem.

Several users are having a problem. When they go to send a message in Outlook Express they get a message that tells them they don't have an account for sending messages. The fix is to go to tools/accounts and click "Set as Default" but the next timethey open OE and try to send they get the same problem. They have only the one mail account set up. Help!

Q: Are the several users sharing 1 PC? If they are, do they have seperate logins (own desktop)?

If the answer to both is yes, then you will need to upgrade to the full 'Outlook'. This supports several users on it and will keep each users email details as default as per login.

If the answer is no to any of the above, please describe your set-up as per user?
