I have a laptop computer here that Outlook Express repeatedly sending emails and after a time there is an error but no text to say what the error is. The emails never leave the outbox. Some emails have been delivered 30 times. How can this be fixed? It is running Windows XP Pro with SP3.

Check for infections first, otherwise Outlook may be damaged. Try running through the following.

Check it close......

I can almost guarantee that if you had Antivirus 2009, there is more you haven't found yet.

Check in Safe Mode (no internet connection) using MalwareBytes, Spybot Search and Destroy and CCleaner (multiple times). Once everything you can find has been removed in Safe Mode, reboot to normal and check it again with all tools, removing anything it finds. Then, connect to the internet, make sure each tool is updated and check AGAIN!
