Microsoft documents that, when Outlook 2000 is installed on Terminal Services, the boldface indications of new items in folders in the folder list are not updated reliably.
However, I’m experiencing the same phenomena at my house, via a fast DSL connection to my office. Stranger yet, this started happening when we added a Netscreen VPN to out configuration.
Does anyone out there have any detailed information as to what triggers this behavior?
