Outlook Free/Busy

By seanevans ·
I have 4 public folder calendars that we use. all users can plan meetings. My problem is that there is no free/busy info for these calendars therefore we always get overlaps and conflicts. How do you get the booked time to show up when scheduling additional time for a meeting room? All of the free busy info for the participants shows up just fine.

No free/busy with public folders

Public folders do not publish free/busy time. Generally, you should use mailboxes, not public folders, for resource scheduling. See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm.
