    Outlook help greyed out.

    I have a user whos help window is greyed out. Cannot search or select anything in it.

    Any idears?

      Sounds like the help file is missing, corrupted or moved.

      I would just try using Add/Remove programs and run a REPAIR on it. Or reinstall office overtop of the existing install.
