Outlook how to change the “from” line

When I send an e-mail, the e-mail address that appears in the “from” line is incorrect. It is correct in my e-mail accounts preferences. I cannot find a way to change this. The form must pick up the information from some place. I can’t find it in the registery either. Outlook 2003, Win2000 sp4. Any hints?
