Outlook in sfae mode

I wish to place an icon on the desktop to start Outlook in SAFE mode.
If I type "outlook /safe" in the run box outlook starts in safe mode.
But how do I make a shortcut for this?

Create a new shortcut to outlook on the desktop(Right click on the desktop. Click New --> Shortcut).

When finished, right click on the shortcut, click Properties.
In the Target box, type /safe AFTER the quotation marks. i.e. the full target should be something like:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /safe
