Outlook Journal Not

My Outlook 2003 Journal suddenly has stopped logging save actions when I use the other Office Apps – Word, Excel, etc.. I have found a number of similar cases from browsing the net, but, as yet, no answer as to cause or resolutions. Anyone encounter this and manage to fix it to resume journaling?

Merci.
