Where does Outlook store the Organize rules and colors? I'd like to:
1: Back them up nightly offsite 2: Load them on my other PC. I've moved my PST files, but that only moves my rules not my colors (Outlook 2002 and 2003).

in office 2003 (but i guess something like this exists in 2002) there is a Microsoft Office 2003 Save My Settings Wizard located under star menu\ms office\office tools.
unfortunatelly this wizard is non-configurable so it backs-up settings for all office programs including outlook.
this will help you save the rules and any other settings....
Thanks. This looks like it's just what I wanted. I ran it and it saved options. I went to MS to see exactly what it saves and I cannot figure that out. I guess I'll try the import to the other PC over the weekend and see.

Outlook: Location of (Organize ) Colors
1: Back them up nightly offsite
2: Load them on my other PC. I've moved my PST files, but that only moves my rules not my colors (Outlook 2002 and 2003).
