Outlook: Location of (Organize ) Colors

By JohnGreer ·
Where does Outlook store the Organize rules and colors? I'd like to:

1: Back them up nightly offsite
2: Load them on my other PC. I've moved my PST files, but that only moves my rules not my colors (Outlook 2002 and 2003).

While we're here, can you tell me where the dictionary is saved?

in office 2003 (but i guess something like this exists in 2002) there is a Microsoft Office 2003 Save My Settings Wizard located under
star menu\ms office\office tools.

unfortunatelly this wizard is non-configurable so it backs-up settings for all office programs including outlook.

this will help you save the rules and any other settings....

Thanks. This looks like it's just what I wanted. I ran it and it saved options. I went to MS to see exactly what it saves and I cannot figure that out. I guess I'll try the import to the other PC over the weekend and see.

P.S.
