Outlook loses appointment (Exchange)

Hi all,

I’m not sure if this falls under Outlook, or Exchange, but…

One of our users claims he clicked on an appointment in outlook and it disappeared. I didn’t see this myself, and the user was unable to replicate the problem.

Has any one had a similar incident occur? Any suugestions?
