Outlook Mail Home Network

by borginva . Updated 20 years, 10 months ago

All of our email comes in via POP3 from Gmail, Google’s service, along with Verizon. Is there a way I can set up Outlook on another of my PCs to access one of those accounts while still having a copy of all the mail sent/read/received onto my Outlook from a synch? I want to try to make it like it is at the office. My machine is that server that runs Outlook and 1 PC is a client that synchs with it for only 1 account. All PCs XP Pro SP2 on home network.
I hope I gave enough info.
Thanks.
