Scenario
PA is owner of Chairmans Calendar (has FULL permissions) and also Legal Advisors Calendar (same FULL permissions)
If the PA needs to “Propose a new time” to a meeting, She CANNOT see any of the Free/Busy options for any of the attendees. AND all attendees have a Black Cross to the left of there names.
She can however see the free/busy options for the Legal Advisors Calendar?
PS – it is NOTHING to do with the “show Free/Busy options for 24 months” as this is already set.
Any solutions or advice would be appreciated.
