Outlook message

I have a user that gets the following message whenever sending emails: another program is trying to access email addresses.
I looked at other solutions, trying to change mail format to rich text with word as the editor and is still happening. They are using Outlook 2002. It just started happening lately and as far as I know, nothing on the PC has changed.Any ideas?
