I have XP with SP2 and Outlook 2003 (Exchange). The issue just started yesterday. Whenever I receive a forwarded email attachment, I can’t open it. It opens as a blank email just like when I am creating a new email. It used to open the attached email as a regular email. I didn’t make any changes to my setting, so I’m not sure why it’s acting this way. I thought that it was the email that I received that has an issue, but I tried forwarding an email from my yahoo account to my Outlook, and I couldn’t open it either. I’d appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.
