Outlook not sending complete messages

I have a few users in my 30 client network getting the first screen of an email (Outlook 2000) completely and then nothing else. We are running Small Business Server 2000 with a mix of W2K Pro and W98 clients. This problem isn’t consistent. Sometimes the whole message goes through just fine. Any ideas of why it’s happening and how to correct it will be appreciated.
