Outlook Options Centralized ?

Hi, our LAN is 35 workstations running Win2k pro/office XP

Server is Win2k Advanced server.
With Outlook being installed and run from each desktop PC can i have any central control over things like; Receipt request and tracking options? how about Group send/receive or Offline send/receive. Or do I just tell them that they can’t use these options?

If you reply that it can be done centrally, Please also include the ‘How’, i will happily up the points for an “idiots guide” answer.
