Outlook password issues

We have a requirement for users to change their network passwords every 90 days. I have one user with a problem of her outlook password blanking out everytime she changes her LAN password. I cannot find any settings in outlook or in the network policies that covers this. This user is the only one that has this problem. Any suggestions?

How to change your Lan Password, for Outlook this will be different.

1. Log into the computer

2. Click control- alt-delete

3. A dialog box comes up:

4. In the right lower case you will see an option to change password

5. Click on Change Password

6. Enter your old password

7. Enter your new pasword

8. Confirm your new pasword

9. Click OK.

10. Then you will receive a notification message saying that your request for changing the password has been done successfully.
