Outlook Password Not Saved in XP

I read about the registry fix for this problem. Besides my reluctance to fool with the registry, I have two other problems keeping me from diving in to make Outlook usable.

1. On XP HE I can’t find REGEDIT32. Only Regedit.exe. Doesn’t inspire confidence about Microsofts fix instructions.

2. How do I know if I have supervisor rights on my HP Pavilion laptop? Why wouldn’t I?

I like Outlook, but am sorely tempted to switch to another e-mail client that doesn’t require me to be a certified registry-geek.
