Outlook printing emails problem

by claywilson . Updated 21 years ago

We are using Outlook 2003 here at my company and is fully updated/patched.

The problem is when one of our users prints an email it displays “Corp Admin Staff Notes” at the top in bold instead of the users name like it should. Usually it just prints the name of the email account at the top in bold ie. “Brian Johnson”. This is very puzzling as I have spent hourse trying to correct this but have had no success.

I have tried printing emails from other users and they print the users name like its suposed to.

The only thing I can think of is that we have a shared calendar called “Corp Admin Staff Notes” that that user has added in her outlook. But its not checked off or turned on when this is happening. Why would it pick up that name fro mthe calendar when printing an email?

I really hope someone can help me with this one.

Thanks
