Outlook printing of attachment icon

I have a user that print copies of all her e-mails. The e-mail prints OK, but the attachment icons do not print out. She would like to have the printout show the attachment icons. The attachment icons are in a separate pane when you view the e-mail. I tried dragging the icons to the body of the e-mail. Didn’t work.
