Outlook problems from NT to W2K upgrade

We have just upgraded our system from NT to W2K Server in one of our satellight offices. We relocated our Outlook profiles to another server for this upgrade. After the upgrade we returned them back. Now we are having problems that our users are unable to view another users calendar. Any ideas as to what the problem may be? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
