Outlook Profiles trouble shooting.

I am running Outlook XP on 10 pc’s in a call centre I have put the PST files on the server and set up prompt for profile on each client pc. I would like each person to be able to open there profile and a business profile at the same time but after opening a copy of outlook with one profile it automatically opens the next copy with the same profile, is there a way to get it to prompt for Profile every time you enter Outlook?
