Outlook profiles

My company travels very frequently. While they are at the office they connect to an exchange server. On the road they use one laptop and outlook configured for multiple users. When they return we hook the laptop up to the exchange server and sync thier accounts. I have to close outlook everytime I want to swith profiles. Does anyone know how to sync all accounts at the same time?
