Outlook Reminders

I have a separate user setup as a meeting room so that we can use the calendar to book the room. It has been setup this way in a public folder.

I need a reminder to go to our receptionist to advise when the room has been booked and when the room is due to be used.

Public folders don't send reminders....

You need to set it up as a normal account. Public folders can't send reminders.

Of course, you could change your procedures to accomplish the reminder portion. Just have everyone who schedules a meeting in that 'room' remember so send the receptionist an email so she can add it to her tasks or appointments, either of which can remind her.

Normal Account Setup

I have setup the meeting room as a normal account. Now how do I get it to send reminders to the receptionist. I have added them as owner of the account but this still doesn't send the reminder.
