Outlook Rules Question

By agnj422 ·
Other than a macro, is there a way to move a delivery receipt to a specific folder and then once it's moved to mark the receipt as read, using the rules wizard? If the only way to do this is with a macro, can anyone offer up one?

Many thanks!

go to tools/rules wizard. Create a blank rule, check messages when they arrive, check with specific words in the subject, enter "Read:" (or "Delivered:" or "Undeliverable:"), move it to a specific folder (you need to create this new folder if it does not exist), and check mark as read.

I am using this rule in my outlook and it worked perfectly.

I tried this, but I don't have an option to mark as read in the choices under the rules wizard. I'm using Outlook 2000. I'm trying to do this in one rule if possible, where it will move to specified folder and mark the receipts as read all in one fell swoop.
