Our organization uses Tasks on a regular basis. There is however one
feature that we don’t quite understand. Using the Update list on the
Details tab. How does one enable this feature? Creating unassigned
copies causes outlook to stop giving updates to the creator of the task.
If I need to keep a third party apprised of the progress of a task, how
will outlook help me do accomplish that? Do I need to use a different
program like team manager just to copy a third person on the update to a
task? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
