Outlook to transfer Incredimail email

I have WinXP and using Office 2000 version of Outlook using Roadrunner as my ISP.

How do I get Outlook to get the mail from my Incredimail account? All I get is a repeated loop of asking for my password–I would enter my pass and click ok but it would pop up again asking for my password.
