I have a user who set the tracking option for all mail. He wants to get a message for when the mail is delivered and read. I know this doesn’t count for mail sent to people outside of the company. The tracking seems to be inconsistent for people inside the company. He gets the message for some but doesn’t for others and I have watched them open the mail. Any suggestions?
