Outlook Web Access

Can you see attachments to an appointment if you use Outlook Web Access. Our customers attach agendas, minutes, point papers etc. to the appointment in a shared Outlook 2000 calendar. Can a delegate use Outlook Web Access and see the attachments?

addl info:
We are running Exchange 5.5 on the server, the clients are Outlook 2000. We could upgrade to Outlook 2002 if needed. The Exchange server is due to be upgraded to Exchange 2000 before the end of the year but we need this done sooner. (By the way, saving as a webpage does not save the attachements.)
