Outlook web Access

Dear all…
I need some one to help me please.
In the last 2 weeks I am facing problem when login to my mail using outlook web access.
It is login perfect I can read the messages and I can send new one without any problem.
The problem started when I am trying to reply or forward one message every time I am presing the forward or reply button it will open the same page in new windows.
I also installed different web browser but still the same problem I disabled the popup blocker the same story nothing changed.
