Outlook "While you were out" form/tmplt

By Sheesh Beesh ·
Groupwise has a great "while you were out" template that allows you to send msg that looks just like those pink "while you were out" forms.

Back in 97/98 Outlook had something simmilar but very plain. I found the template on the microsoft website, but it is very hard to install for outlook 2000 or 20002, and the reciever has to have the templte installed to view it.

Does anyone have an effective template for messages (that stand out in the inbox) for this purpose that works well for Outlook 2000 and beyond, and that is easy to send or able to create a shortcut too?

Hi- Thanks for your input. Actually these links all have referenses to the same template MS had in 98 from the MS website. I recieved the following email from MS-
Thank you for choosing Office Online Support as your Microsoft Technical Support Service offering. My name is Michael, and I will be assisting you with this service request.

In your case, you indicated that you have problem using a template included with Outlook 98 in Outlook 2002 (XP). If I have misunderstood your concerns, please let me know.

I am sorry for the inconvenience that you are experiencing. The old template is no longer available in Outlook 2002.
