Outlook won’t forward graphics

We’ve got a minor annoyance with Outlook. It’s easy to work around, but we’d rather not have to and since I’m no Outlook specialist, I’m asking for some assistance…
One laptop will not forward emails containing graphic attachments. It will forward attachments of other formats and originate messages with graphic format attachments and no other systems are reported as exhibiting this problem.
Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.
