Outlook wont open pic’s

Outlook wont open graphic emails or half the picture is corrupted.Other people I know who have received the same email have been able to open theirs ok. Could this be related to the problems in IE6 with it freezing all the time and java script problems it reported at one stage. Re-installed IE6 but that didn’t help with anything.
