    Outlook won’t send automaticallly

    I have a user who is using outlook XP and each time they try to send an email they have to push the send recieve button to make the email go or vice versa for receive.What do you thing is the problem.Thanks and in advance and have a good day.

      1. Open Outlook, then go to ‘Tools’ menu
      2. Select ‘Options\Mail Setup’
      3. be sure to check the ‘Send Immediately when connected’ option.
      4. Click on ‘Send\Receive’, and configure your Mail groups for Automatic send and receive every ‘n minutes’
      5. Finally be sure that you are using a mail account that is included in automatic Send\Receive group.

      I think this should make it work fine.
