I have a strange question. New to Outlook. I have a user that has Outlook XP put apostrophes and/or quotes around her email addresses. This does not occur constantly, only randomly. This happens if she is typing the address in, copying it, adding from address list or contact list. Does anyone have any idea why this could be happening? We are using Windows XP if that is any help. This does not happen with anyone else other than this person. I have checked settings, and don’t see anything wrong. Thanks for your help.
