Outlook2000 ‘big item’ rule

I have setup the afore metioned rule on our remote client machines but whenever they return to base and logon locally to the LAN, outlook displays a prompt to remove the rule because they are no longer accessing the Exchange Srv remotely.

Anybodyknow of a way to stop this prompt appearing because not one of the users actually wants to remove this rule.
