I have a number of clients whom I wish to put on a service contract. My duties would be full IT support with about 1 day per month on site per company. Each company has about 6- 12 employees. Does anyone do something similar and what rate do you charge?
I view the position as an IT manager for a company who can not afford a full time person.
I consider $1000 per month (ie one day on site plus phone support) as reasonable?
