Outsourcing services software

I have a house cleaning company and I am looking for a software that allows me to outsource clients to independent cleaners while creating a community with interested people.

This is how I would like it to work:
I get a service from a client > I post the service on the platform > The people who are interested gets the service > they do the service > we charge and pay them but we hold no strains to them.

Does anyone know of a software that allows me to do that?

That certainly can be made. But I doubt if it exists the way you want it to work.

That’s a website (and preferably an app) for the customer, a website (and maybe an app) for the cleaners, and software for you to do things like contract management, bookkeeping, paying and invoicing, some CRM (to keep track of customers and suppliers and communicate with them).
