hey, friend, just curious. What pricing model does your boss use?
Simply I’ve built my own development team and I would like to know this info. So, what’s the most reliable pricing model?

I’ve worked for two years in outsourcing of IT projects and I can tell you one thing, there isn’t a totally reliable pricing model. On average, at least prom what I know the most used one is Time and Material, a model that is based on paying for the time and material consumed while creating a project and delivering it to the client. Why it is used widely? Because it is very flexible and it allows for a lot of changes in design and functionality, and trust me, clients want changes a lot of times. So, this way you ensure that your client is happy with the result, and you get paid accordingly. (link removed by moderator)
