I have been experimenting with OWA recently and was able to get it working for our established accounts, however, after creating a new mailbox, I have been frustrated by recieving the following error message when trying to log on to that account using OWA: "OWA was unable to get to your inbox." This is the only mailbox with this problem. Any suggestions?

make sure the userid that you are logging in with is the same as the alias that is created when you setup the new mailbox. (it will usually create the mailbox using the first name and first initial of the last name) i.e. Sally Rogers - SallyR
