owa errors

Hello All,
I have a user that is haveing trouble with OWA. When he tries to send messages he gets the error “Message cannot exceed 100k” when there are like 3 lines of text. I’ve seen this before and we would just change the advanced settings in IE to do not save encrypted pages to disk.
but with that enabled the user cannot read attached .tiff files (Faxs)
Is there a way that he can do both?
