Our organisation has deployed Ex 5.5 servers over Europe, where OWA access is set up to allow access via Internet.
After upgrading to Ex SP3 on some of the servers OWA users get the following error message: (Translated from German)
Microsoft Exhange Server is switch off, or the HTTP Service is switch off by administration, try it again later.
The user here has regional settings set to German, but if it is changed to English it will work fine. The same goes for a Swedish server, whereEnglish regional settings works fine but Swedish fails.
Anyone got any ideas to what this can be?
