OWA fails to see Default Web Page

By hal.potter ·
I have Exchange 5.5 SP3 on NT4.0 SP6 and am trying to configure the Outlook Web Access. The MS IIS & OWA were not setup during initial installation. I have recently added these options. When I attempt to login to the exchanges server either usingthe hostname/exchange or IP address/exchange, I get page cannot be displayed errors. I also am getting the same error if I attempt to go to the localhost. I assume that something is not configured properly and have looked but not sure what is left. Please help.

Sounds like IIS problem. Usually this kind of problem caused by incorrect path to the files or scripts in the virtual directory or site.
