OK. I’ve seen this problem a lot on web searches, but I haven’t seen any solutions. Running Exchange 2003. I can access public folders through OWA locally and through Outlook. I cannot acces OWA Public through the internet. At first I got the 503 error, now I’m getting 404 File or directory not found.
