OWA: Reply button is not working

    Locked

    by stergios_nik ·

    Hello.

I have some Windows XP SP2 PCs that my users use to check email via Outlook Web Access 5.5.

The problem is that whenever I click the reply button in OWA nothing happens.

There is an article at microsoft.com that mentions a problem with the XP popup blocker that causes problems to OWA functionality.

This solution solved the problem in some PCs but… there are 2 XP SP2 PCs that although they have the popup blocker “turned off” the problem is not solved (“reply button is not working”).

I suspect that something is going wrong with the Windows XPs configuration settings.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you in advance.

You may have already checked for this but since it is only 2 systems affected I thought I would bring it up anyway. Do either of the affected machines have the Google Toolbar or the MSN Toolbar installed or any other thirdparty software installed that might also be blocking the popups?

Also, I do not remember exactly where it is I will search again and provide exact location when I find it but there is a registry setting that sets maximum IE windows. I found that this only seems to be related to pop ups as I can exceed this by manually opening IE but it will keep pop ups from exceeding that number.
