page_fault_in_nonpaged_area hpb40622.dll

i get the blue screen whenever i try to open a report in Access 2000 that says page_fault_in_nonpaged_area hpb40622.dll. i have to then restart my machine, running windows 2000. if i try print a file in excel 2000, it crashes. i tried uninstalling office and reinstalling it to no prevail. i need to know how i can fix this problem without whiping out my machine. i have also tried replacing my ram.
