Page Numbering Landscape in MS Word 03

By hmcinnis ·
I need to format page numbers for a MS Word 2003 document. The majority of the pages are portrait with the page number in upper right. I have some graphics that I have selected and changed the page setup to landscape (doing this creates a section break), and I need the page number to remain in the upper right of the page (e.g., the lower right of a landscape page, but rotated 90 degrees clockwise... can't seem to figure out how to rotate the page number...

You may select the text and images you want to be in landscape and go to the pagesetup from the file menu and select the layout to landscape. this will retain the pagenumber in the top right of the page in the correct orientation in this case also. you need not look for rotating the page number

Wouldn't it be easier to rotate the graphics?
