If you sync to two different machines it is very likely you will wind up with a combined address book on your palm, and eventually on both PC’s. The problem with what you’re suggesting is that the Palm is designed for one person with one PC. Therefore there is only one address book, and syncing it in different locations will merge the address books (contact lists) involved. If notes supports exporting your adress book in a nonformatted version (like a TXT or CSV) then you could potentially copy and paste into your memo pad, but would lose the address book functionality. Additionally the pasted address book would likely need to be “cleaned up” alot to even be comfortably viewable.
      Good Luck

Sorry- Forgot to add that if you do sync to both machines, you could just categorize the entries. You’d wind up with all your addresses on both PC’s and your 505, but you could divide them into “personal” and “work” or whatever you choose to name them

Check to see whether your software offers “Palm conduits”. Some software such as WordPerfect Office 2002 and Microsoft Outlook have these, but they are not well advertised.
