Palm Pilot V, CCMail, Win NT & Dr. Wats

During Hotsync process of synchronizing CCmail 8.2 to Palmpilot, I get Dr. Watson error "Access violation(0xc0000005) address 0x67db65f3" with hotsync.exe. Getting no help from Palm Inc. or Microsoft.

Windows NT 4.0, sp4, 64MB, Paging file setfor 75
Palmpilot V ver3.0.1
Hotsync mgr. ver 3.0.2

Had a similar problem with Dataviz's "documents to go" and Outlook. Dataviz said one of the e-mail messages had a problem, such as an attachment that caused the access violation. Try reducing the number of messages being synchronized, swap the messages into a folder until the offending message is identified. Alternatively, contact the vendor of the conduit software which connects CCmail and the Palm.
