Palm Pilot V, CCMail, Win NT & Dr. Wats

During Hotsync process of synchronizing CCmail 8.2 to Palmpilot, I get Dr. Watson error “Access violation(0xc0000005) address 0x67db65f3” with hotsync.exe. Getting no help from Palm Inc. or Microsoft.
